Alexander Buckles MPA.,  is the Supplier Diversity Analyst for the McCormick Place facility. His department is committed to providing equal access to potential business opportunities to minority and women-owned businesses. It is their goal to ensure the utilization of minority, veteran, and women-owned businesses to the maximum extent.. The McCormick Place procures $12 million dollars’ worth of supplies and services from minority and women vendors on an annual basis. Alex is responsible for the administration, development and maintenance of McCormick Place SMG's Supplier Diversity Program ensuring compliance with the statutory participation goals regarding minority and women owned business enterprises.
