Johnetta Scott is the Section 3 Compliance Manager for the Chicago Housing Authority where she oversees HUD’s Section 3 Compliance as it relates to hiring and subcontracting.  Johnetta has over 30 years of experience in monitoring the utilization of minority, women, and disadvantaged contractors in both the professional and construction industries.
