Last month we brought you Vince Bass of the Governor's Officer and Derrick Champion (Advantage Illinois) to explan the Executive Order Business Enterprise Program ,regarding Black Business Participation in State of Illinois Contracts.  Irma will explain the step by step process of the BEP Certification Process for your small business participation in this program.
