Malik Elliot, PNC Bank



Malik covers branches for PNC Bank on Chicago's southside, working actively in trade areas such as Hyde Park, the South Loop, Chatham, Bronzeville and Beverly, among others.  With over 8 years in business development, Malik has focused on business finance for the last 4 years.  He specializes in commercial lending of all types, including; SBA, working capital lines of credit, term loans for equipment and renovations, investment real estate finance and owner-occupied real estate loans (purchases and refinances).  Cash management tools and other financial resources that provide small business owners with greater capacity are a focal point of Malik's client development and advising.  These tools allow 'main street' entities to track, forecast and transfer funds to accelerate growth and stay efficient.   

Malik received his BA in Political Science from Boston University. He went on to earn a Master's in Economic Development from the University of Illinois at Chicago. 

Tuesday's presentation will touch on these services. There will be a question and answer session centered around credit following his presentation. "

Monthly Membership Meeting held by Chatham Business Association, Small Business Development Inc. are held to inform current members and prospective members about issues and activities going on in Chatham and the City of Chicago.  You do not need to be a member to attend.  Breakfast is provided for a small fee.

Introductions are made at the beginning of the meetings.  Networking is strongly encouraged at the end.
