“This Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Apostolic Church of God, 63rd and Dorchester, Chicago - residents of Cook County will be able to take advantage of a FREE Mortgage Screening service and get an on-the-spot “Pre-Qualifying Letter.” Homeowners who take advantage of free HUD counseling and education services are much more likely to avoid getting a bad home or bad mortgage, and preventing foreclosure begins with education and taking the proper steps. Genesis in partnership Standard Bank and Trust Company are inviting individuals and families interested in becoming homeowners to come out and participate in this one-day only event and get their spot pre-qualification letter.
