The Obama Foundation is building the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago’s South Side. The 19.3-acre campus will include a world-class Museum, Public Forum Building, Chicago Public Library, Fruit & Vegetable Garden, underground parking garage, a playground, Great Lawn, and a community Athletic Center.
We are just getting started with actual construction and we want to make sure that you are considered and included in remaining opportunities to be a part of the team that is building the Obama Presidential Center. The Foundation has set an aggressive goal to spend 50% of the construction budget with diverse businesses (MBE, WBE, VBE, SDVBE, BEPD, and LGBTQBE).
Additionally, the Foundation is committed to ensuring that the non-construction spend is also meaningfully diverse.
