TCA Health is a medical home for thousands of residents on the far south-side of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. Patients are given affordable access to culturally and linguistically appropriate health care of high quality. At the main location, clinical services include Internal/Family Medicine, Dental, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Behavioral Health, Optometry, Pharmacy, Lab and Ultrasound. TCA Health’s reach now extends beyond the Altgeld-Murray Homes Public Housing Development into other south side communities through its recently funded Mobile Van Health Clinic, and the Carver Military Academy School Based Health Center. In addition to primary and preventative care services, TCA Health offers various support services that include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Program, Health & Wellness Collaborative, Outreach and Enrollment, and the Peter Rock Food Pantry.
