Seaway Bank and Trust Company and the Chatham Avalon Park Community Council will present a "Money Makeover" Financial Education Workshop on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 10 a.m until Noon at the Main Branch of Seaway Bank, located at 645 East 87th Street. 

While trying to make sense of today's economy may not be easy, one answer may be learning to make your money work harder and smarter. Community residents will receive valuable knowledge about spending plans, presented by a certified counselor from Money Management International, Inc., the nation's largest money management corporation. Participants will have an opportunity to have all of thier questions answered and learn more about bank products and services to help individuals stretch their dollars. 

All participants will receive a free workbook that they will find invaluable as they embark upon the journey of changing their financial behavior and learning to use money more wisely.
